Brand & design
With a robust education in technology and computer science, Richard has the ability to fuse quantitative skills with the creative realms of design and art.
As the strategic lead and CMO for over 50 markets, he has demonstrated his leadership prowess and strategic agility for nearly a decade in the educational industry.
Outside of work Richard has enjoyed sporting success but is now resigned to golfing but can also be seen swimming in Lake Zurich, rain, hail, or shine.
Raised in an entrepreneurial family and equipped with a strong foundation in business, Erik has always been passionate about the combination of digital marketing and sales.
Erik has a knack of coming up with ideas and strategies that can drive growth.
With over a decade of experience as a CMO, he has been instrumental in helping international companies expand their online presence and boost sales.
At the weekends, Erik is a passionate free-skier often spotted in the slopes of Engelberg.
UX / UI design
Having worked in Spain, The Netherlands and Germany Sharon now resides her home country of Ireland.
Sharon boasts a diverse portfolio from around the world — from branding & strategy for startups in Berlin, to product development in Switzerland & the Middle East and well as in-depth UX research projects with the Google and related teams in Europe as well as North and South America.
When she’s not crafting designs or formulating verbal experiences, she can be found at weekend retreats replenishing her soul.
Fiona boasts 10+ years corporate experience working in global sales & marketing head offices, specifically in digital marketing. Strategising and supporting local teams at a country level was always a very fulfilling part of the work for Fiona, it also provided her with a solid understanding of how sales and marketing efforts worked across the business.
A native New Zealander Fiona has lived in Switzerland for-nearly-ever. She clearly likes dramatic mountain ranges.
